Mission Statement

The Benicia Community Foundation, Inc. is dedicated to proactively improving the lives of Benicians while supporting our community by strengthening the City’s economic vitality, enhancing beautification, and building community camaraderie. The Benicia Community Foundation makes the following commitments to our donors, stakeholders, volunteers, and one another: -Integrity: An abiding pledge to trust, honesty, professionalism, civility, and respect. -Excellence: In our every endeavor and public representation. -Collaboration: Working together as a team, no one person or organization can address the community’s many needs. -Knowledge: We strive to be a source of knowledge for our community. To exemplify this, we consistently train and educate our Board, members, and staff to better serve our community, donors, and constituents.
