At Illness Not Weakness, our mission is to break the stigma surrounding mental health and create a supportive community that empowers individuals on their mental health journey. Through open discussions, education, and advocacy, we aim to promote understanding, compassion, and acceptance for those facing mental health challenges especially those in South Asian countries.
