Mission Statement

Oaxaca en Utah is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and preserving the cultural richness of 8 regions of Oaxaca and its people. Through various events and programs, we strive to create a space where the Oaxacan (wah-HAH-kan) culture can be celebrated, shared, and passed on to future generations. Oaxaca en Utah promotes unity, diversity, and pride among the Oaxacan community and to create bridges of understanding between cultures.
