The Traditions Health hospice team offers a special kind of caring atmosphere that encompasses the medical, social, emotional, and spiritual aspects of treatment. Our goal is to ensure the patient lives to their fullest potential with dignity and respect, and that family members are emotionally supported.
We need volunteers to:
Sit with Patients
Help with Social Activities
Yard Work
Administrative Duties
Send Cards to Bereaved Families
Participate in our Veteran Program
Make Phone Calls
