A non-governmental organization (NGO) under private law, non-profit, pluralistic, progressive, democratic and supportive, endowed with its own assets, administrative autonomy and with its own legal status with its main domicile in the city of Cartagena and operations throughout the Colombian territory. with the mission of generating and strengthening development processes on a human scale, its manifestations, especially participatory planning and visionary decision-making in territorial entities in harmony with life and nature, promoting processes for peaceful coexistence, human rights and international humanitarian law with special emphasis on those in the most vulnerable segments of the population with the capacity to become a center of thought and political action of an academic, organizational and social nature, developed in the academic field through its Training Institution for the work and human development of communities, ethnic groups, indigenous Afro-Colombians. Through Agreements with accredited technological or university institutions aimed at the promotion and dissemination of science, mathematics, technique, technology, arts, humanities, languages, human development and research and in the organizational and social field developed by through agreements or subcontracts with entities specialized in providing this type of services to the community in general for peace and sustainable development.
