The mission of Operation Open Arms is to improve the lives of vulnerable children to allow them to thrive by providing a loving, nurturing and stable home environment.
Operation Open Arms is a private foster care and adoption agency serving children and families in our community, with a focus on children whose parents are incarcerated. We are licensed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky and are nationally accredited through the Council of Accreditation.
