A non-profit, New Jersey registered 501(c)(3), Ethan & the Bean is a beloved local cafe and online shop, established to support our vital mission of increasing the employment rate for persons with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.

Ethan & the Bean provides a positive, empowering environment that supports individuals in a workplace community to train, gain, and contribute various skills related to employment, community building, self-esteem, and independent living.
