Mission Statement

The Collaboration of Minority Women Professionals (CMWP) is a membership-based, Black women-owned, led, and operated organization, with the mission to increase the visibility, capacity, and business profitability of professional minority women. The CMWP Foundation is an entrepreneurial support organization (ESO) providing targeted support for Black and brown business owners nationally. With a 360-degree focus on entrepreneurial support, CMWP has established 4 dimensions of entrepreneurial support: Networking Business Workshops Entrepreneurial Wellness Business Coaching CMWP focuses on virtual and in-person networking opportunities, Zoom training, and professional development, continuing education opportunities, seminars, workshops, and more.

KIDDIE KOWORKING

Bring your kids while you experience and receive targeted support to build and grow your businesses! Network, attend classes or workshops, meet with your Strategic Growth Partner, or just co-work as your children are cared for by licensed childcare providers who will also teach financial literacy, entrepreneurship, investment, and more.

MAGNIFY BY CMWP

Your business will be MAGNIFIED while receiving targeted support, resources, funding, and opportunities while also being paired with a Strategic Growth Partner to assist you with developing a customized business development plan. As a bonus, we’ve included Kiddie Ko-Working with MAGNIFY by CMWP!

GROW WITH CWMP

4-month program strengthening, reinforcing, and growing Black businesses. Targeted curriculum meeting the needs of Black business owners.
