Mission Statement

Our mission at Health4Heroes is to empower Veterans and First Responders to take command of their health, reduce the impact of service, and increase longevity through community, connection, and education. We envision a community where our heroes thrive and enjoy lasting well-being. We value duty, honor, community, healthy living, and honesty as the guiding principles in our work.

Description

Health4Heroes was founded in September 2020 with a mission to promote and support healthy living for Veterans and First Responders. Our founder, US Army Combat Veteran, Nicholas Dunagan has extensive first hand experience in dealing with the challenges that are faced by our Veteran community. After serving the Veteran community for many years and seeing the overlap between challenges faced by both Veterans and First Responders, Nick felt compelled to serve both of these groups.

Serving in high risk operating environments can have lasting effects on the health and well-being of our nation's military and First Responders. To combat these effects, Health4Heroes provides a healthy & supportive community, affordable access to beneficial resources, and educational opportunities to increase knowledge around health & wellness topics.
