HUMAN DEVELOPMENT AND CHILDREN FOUNDATION

Description

Mercy provides support to long established charities in Thailand all of which have proven records of service to the poorest of the poor, especially abandoned, abused, trafficked and HIV/AIDS children in need of care, protection, and education.

Among the charities given support are the Sarnelli House Foundation in Nong Khai, Thailand, the Human Development Foundation in the Klongtoey district of Bangkok, aka the Mercy Centre, and The Little Birds Youth Network Foundation in Bangkok. Amongst the achievements of the charities we support, the Mercy Centre in Bangkok received the United Nation's ESCAP HRD award as "the best NGO amongst forty-one Asian nations based on the quality and sustainability of Mercy programs and their positive impact on the community."

We are an IRS qualified 501(c)(3) charity staffed solely by volunteers. Your tax-deductible donations flow completely to the charities in need with little administrative and fundraising expenses.
