Our mission is to preserve and protect the quality of life for existing and future residents of Historic East Towson, a neighborhood founded by those formerly enslaved at Hampton Plantation.

Description

Historic East Towson is Baltimore County's oldest African American community. We aim to connect our rich and complex history to a vibrant new future through programming, events, and community-based projects. At NeTIA, we are committed to sustaining a community that honors the history, heritage, and legacy of Historic East Towson.
