Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Food Pantry Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our food pantry. This role is essential in ensuring that food distribution runs smoothly, efficiently, and with dignity for those in need. The ideal candidate will have experience in food distribution, volunteer coordination, and nonprofit program management. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the food pantry, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. Manage inventory, track food donations, and coordinate pickups and deliveries. Develop and maintain relationships with food banks, donors, and community partners. Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers to assist with pantry operations. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and organizational policies. Maintain accurate records of food distribution, client services, and reporting requirements.
