Mission Statement

FAS mission is to deliver accessible trauma-informed mental health & psychosocial support services to Ukrainians affected by the war through multifaceted, holistic, and creative approaches. We do this through the provision of a wide array of support services spanning from support groups, supervision, mentorship, training, workshops, and self-help materials.

Description

First Aid of the Soul (FAS) is a collective of professionally trained mental health providers from the USA and across Europe dedicated to delivering accessible psychosocial and emotional support services through multifaceted approaches, and a holistic trauma-informed lens to individuals affected by war, disaster, and crisis. Following the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, FAS established a call to action inviting experts in the field to offer pro bono psychosocial and emotional support services to those being affected by the war.
