Mission Statement

HAAQ is a not-for-profit research organization that does not hold institutional positions. As a result, its analyses incorporate all points of view. The Institute rely on support from foundations, corporations, governments and individuals for specific projects and its general operating budget under the understanding that such funding does not affect research findings. HAAQ is the nation’s key non-partisan policy forum for tackling Peace and Security, Environment, Education, Health, Food Security, Human Rights and Justices, Women Issues, Foreign Policies, Politics and Governance etc. issues through independent research and open dialogue to inform actionable ideas for the policy community.
