Mission Statement

The Anaya Tipnis Foundation's mission is to help underserved students succeed in college so that they have increased access to employment, wealth creation, and social capital. We serve college-ready students from low-income communities and first-generation families by offering financial assistance, one-on-one personalized mentoring, paid internship opportunities, workplace training, financial literacy and a peer support network.

The Foundation employs a rigorous and a holistic approach that attends to the financial needs, academic developmental, and
personal needs of our students to ensure their success through and after college. The Anaya Tipnis Foundation employs a holistic approach
that attends to the financial, developmental, professional, and personal needs of our students to ensure their success through and after
college. We’ve developed a 5-star support program which focuses on

1) Financial Aid
2) Mentoring
3) Internships
4) Financial Literacy
5) Peer Support

We are a fast paced, agile, data informed run organization, led by a diverse team serving a diverse
community in Massachusetts. We operate in complex and uncertain environments, responding to each
scholar’s struggles and evolving needs through college. Our processes have a singular focus to provide
key value-add service to these community.
