Dermetel

Description

Dermetel became a registered nonprofit organization in 2015 after being founded in 2011 as a campus club with the name Dangerous Rays. Originally focused on skin cancer awareness and prevention, the organization shifted to the rare disease community in 2017. We are hoping to recruit new volunteers and Board members to shape the next chapter of growth by way of a summer camp called Camp Rare, an after school program, and a teledermatology service that is presently inactive. We aim to serve children with rare dermatology diseases (and their parents) as the first priority.
