We invite you to join our team as a volunteer Program Development Manager for the "Young Black Girls in Business" initiative, a cornerstone program of Enriching Young Minds (EYM). About the Role: As the Program Development Manager, you will help lead the creation, implementation, and evaluation of an innovative entrepreneurship program tailored for young Black girls aged 6-16. Your expertise will help shape the future of these young minds, providing them with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to succeed in the business world. Key Responsibilities: Develop a comprehensive program curriculum and strategy. Collaborate with mentors, educators, and industry professionals. Oversee the program’s implementation, ensuring it meets educational goals and objectives. Evaluate and refine the program based on feedback and outcomes. Work closely with EYM leadership to align the program with our broader mission. Qualifications: Proven experience in program development, preferably in educational or youth-focused initiatives. Strong leadership and project management skills. A deep commitment to the empowerment and education of young Black girls. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Skills: Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and reporting. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide volunteers and staff. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders, partners, and participants. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving program goals and outcomes. Knowledge In-depth understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by young Black girls in business and entrepreneurship.
