Mission Statement

At Chance, our mission is to empower high school students with the knowledge and access to a wide range of STEM opportunities. We strive to help students find exciting and rewarding experiences in STEM, including summer camps, internships, and research programs, that will not only broaden their knowledge but also help them realize their potential. Our platform is designed to connect students with leading institutions in STEM fields, providing them with a wealth of resources and opportunities that they might not otherwise have access to. By enabling students to find and take advantage of these opportunities, we hope to foster a new generation of STEM professionals who will drive innovation and progress in their respective fields. We are committed to making STEM education more accessible and equitable, and to ensuring that every student has the chance to pursue their passions and achieve their dreams.

Description

Chance is an online platform enabling high school students to find dozens of STEM experiences, all in one place. This includes summer camps, internships and many more. Giving students the opportunity gain real world experience in STEM while collaborating with other like minded peers and researchers. We believe that STEM summer camps or research internships are not only a great way to learn, but also get passionate, and help students get into their dream universities. However, the issue often becomes that students don't know about these opportunities. Chance aims to solve this issue, by providing students with a database of exciting STEM opportunities in everything from physics to medicine. Most of which are being provided by some of the leading institutions such as MIT, Harvard, Columbia, and many others. We don't organise these events and opportunities, but rather just enable students to find opportunities easier.
