Whether you have just been released, or have a criminal background with no incarceration history, The ReAlignment Agency is here to help you find a sustainable future. We empower the formerly incarcerated and their families to create a successful future built on strategic leadership and character development, by assisting those fighting for second chances, we strive to serve, build, and strengthen our community.

Description

We empower formally incarcerated and those with a challenged background and inspire them to create positive change in their lives and communities. Changing one life at a time by propelling them toward employment and education. The ReAlignment Agency will work with the local, state, and federal municipalities to offer a REAL second chance to individuals who have been incarcerated to gain employment. By partnering with the various municipalities, it will allow us to team up and identify those who are in need. Our people have done their time, paid their debt, and ready to work on the path of a successful return.
