Our Mission: to - Help people to own their own homes, to avoid problems with affordability and homelessness - Work to build neighborhoods for families with children close by schools, for social fitness and sustainability - the foundation for a healthy future - Encourage young people to acquire useful skills so they can keep up with the cost of living - Promote a program of lifelong savings to secure home ownership for seniors - Offer positive solutions for citizens and policy makers - Our vision: every family should own their own home A Motto: "Finance for Humanity - We Can Make Money Work for People" Modern technology and finance have built a powerful civilization, but it is hollowed out by making money central, before human values. Let’s make it work for us.

Planned Non-profit Projects Areas:

Closeness: HomeNearSchool.org (Kid-friendly neighborhoods)

Build Your Life: YoungFamilies.org (Skills and assets, two pillars of prosperity)

Teamwork: SmarterStarterhomes.org (Partnerships and coops for home ownership)

No place like home: ShelterSecurity.org (Funds vesting in a home as well as a pension)

Current activities:

* Submitting suggestions to San Diego City Council and planning department on housing code amendments

* Commissioning research on

1) Fitness benefits for children living near school, where they can see their friends both in and out of school.

2) Seniors who don’t own their own homes typically live in poverty. What programs have been tried worldwide to help people become homeowners before they retire?

* Exploring ways to finance affordable homes without subsidies

* Building a full fledged website

* Outreach to philanthropists, schools, investors, lenders, developers and builders, housing agencies.
