For over thirty years, the West Loop Community Organization (WLCO) has been a 501(c)(3) non-profit delegate agency for the West Loop, a 1.5-square-mile neighborhood defined by Grand Avenue to the North, the Eisenhower Expressway to the South, Ashland Avenue to the West, and the Chicago River to the East.

We’re a membership association catalyzing local economic development through our member programs and marketing opportunities. We help coordinate public planning, like the Fulton Market Streetscape renovations. And we cultivate community by hosting both small and large events throughout the year, connecting people to all the great places in the West Loop. We help our members and partners expand their reach while supporting the local neighborhood.
