YONETPO’s mission is to promote youth education, health and empowerment through skills and capacity development, volunteerism and advocacy, thus re-orientating the youths to be productive citizens, thereby sustaining the peace and transforming our society to create positive change.
Description
Youth Network for Positive Change -YOUNETPO is a registered and accredited national youth led civil society organization with over 8 years of evidence-based work in youth peacebuilding, human rights and citizens access to justice, HIV/AIDs, climate change, youth capacity development and civic engagements. Since its establishment in 2014, YOUNETPO has initiated several programs to empower youth, women and girls through capacity building initiatives and leadership programs, advocate for equal access to opportunities, fostered political accountability to make elected leaders more accountable and responsive. These programs and projects have benefited over 10,000 Youths between the ages of 10-35 years; we have successfully implemented projects and programs in Montserrado, Margibi, Grand Bassa, Gbarpolu, Bong and Nimba Counties.
