We envision a World where stroke survivors, caregivers, family and friends have the resources necessary to lead a full and meaningful life. Our mission is provide resources supporting our vision. We take a Holistic approach where we address all those impacted providing physical, mental, social, financial and educational programs.

Description

We were formed by stroke survivors who experienced difficulties post hospital/rehab. We started in 2018 and became a 501c3 nonprofit in 2017.
