Mission Statement

The Historic Frenchtown Association is a non-profit of Frenchtown neighbors and business owners with a mission to build and sustain community through supporting our neighbors, promoting local businesses, and fostering community involvement. We hold meetings on the third Thursday of every month, organize neighborhood potlucks, plan community events, and work with the city of St. Charles as the official representatives of the Frenchtown district.

Description

The Historic Frenchtown Association is a local non-profit organization dedicated to keeping Frenchtown a great place to live and work. We host, sponsor or participate in many activities throughout the year.

The Association is also a very active liaison in our local government with HFA member representatives appointed by the Mayor serving on the Landmarks Board and Convention and Visitor’s Board. Our board also meets monthly with the directors of the city’s Community Development Department to work on our unique interests. We are recognized by the Mayor and City Council as the voice of the Frenchtown District.
