HFH-LA builds new single family dwellings, through tax deductible donations from individuals, corporations, businesses, places of worship, and grants, and sells them to qualified families for a 1% down payment, a long term mortgage, and an average of 500 hours of "sweat equity". HFH aims to eliminate poverty housing in the world.
