Mission Statement

Our continued goals for holding the Juneteenth & Friends, annual celebration is to reignite the spirit of progress bringing our community together after tumultuous unrest and race relations in the city of La Mesa and to commemorate and honor the ending of slavery in the United States.

Description

This will be our second year of the La Mesa Juneteenth Event. We need the help of our local businesses to partner with us by donating or becoming an event sponsor through our newly founded La Mesa Juneteenth Foundation Inc. non-profit 501 C organization to make this happen. EIN available on request.

The La Mesa Juneteenth team is awesome. The folks are dedicated to having a family oriented, educational but fun event. I think it'll get better every year. Great people to work with!
