We are a local home health and hospice company that has proudly served the Coastal Bend community for over 25 years. Our home health Mission is to improve the lives of those we meet with every opportunity we're given. We stand beside our patients as we go the extra mile in their personal journey to recovery. Our Hospice team Mission is to provide best quality of care to patients that are facing advanced disease processes, and are receiving hospice or bereavement services through our interdisciplinary team, which includes Physicians, nurses, social workers, nurse assistants, administrative staff, therapy staff and volunteers. Description
Our Professional Volunteer Program is structured to train, provide ongoing support to our volunteers to help them gain experience by helping terminally ill patients through our hospice program. Our volunteers are a valuable part of our team as they participate from hands on, companionship, as well as administrative tasks related to delivery of care.
