LaSalle County CASA is a nonprofit organization whose mission is that every child can be safe and thriving in a loving home. To provide an advocate for every abused and neglected child in the LaSalle County court system so that they have the chance to grow up safe, happy and loved.
Description
LaSalle County Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) is a nonprofit organization which advocates for the best interests of the abused and neglected children in the LaSalle County court and foster care system. We train and support dedicated community volunteers who serve to protect our abused and neglected children's right to a safe and permanent home. Serving our area for over 20 years we fight for our communities most valuable resource, its children. When CASA is involved, children see better outcomes like less time in the system, fewer placement changes, better educational opportunities and are 80% less likely to return to the system in the future.
