Our mission is to help women let go of the societal standard of perfection, move past fear and gain access to her most powerful tool; her voice.
Our organization seeks to empower women who have experienced major trauma from homelessness, domestic violence, addiction and or human trafficking in self-belief through leadership development, self-confidence building, business acumen training and effective communication tools. We partner with programs housing women in our demographic for a minimum of a year to first build a strong foundation of trust and then implement the necessary training to equip women with the tools needed to thrive independently. Currently, we have partnered with 4 local shelters in central Oregon and have a strong pipeline to infiltrate more programs with our curriculum. The great thing about our program is that we hire women out of recovery to become future facilitators of our curriculum. What better way to train than from a heart full of empathy and desire to give back. Our program will break the perpetual cycle of poverty many of our clients find themselves in post recovery by providing purposeful careers that grant individuals financial freedom and opportunity.
