Description

HFM offers a full circle strategy by offering three different programs for the single moms in our community. We believe in coming alongside their journey to equip and empower the moms as they navigate and juggle motherhood, school and/or a career on their own. Our goal is to help single moms reach their God-given potential and see them grow and succeed!
