Mission Statement
Cape Coral Rowing Club is an educational nonprofit organization that teaches the sport of crew rowing to youth and adults in our surrounding communities to enhance wellness, quality of life, and general fitness.
Description
CCRC was founded in 2007 and has provided rowing instruction to hundreds of community members in the intervening years. We offer programs for young and old and provide services to members between the ages of 13 and 90. Rowing affords members the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors with a group of peers while engaging in non-impact exercise. Our youth crew trains to compete against other club and scholastic teams. Crew rowing affords our community youth excellent scholarship opportunities. The benefits of crew rowing are myriad. The crew team environment fosters a culture of community, commitment, character, and FUN!!
