Unfortunately, despite talent and hard work, socioeconomic and demographic circumstances create inequalities that can severely limit segments of the population. Our mission is to promote equality and opportunity at the Launch Point of every career!

We provide high-quality, professionally relevant, paid internships to college students from low-income, underrepresented areas and connect them with companies committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. LaunchPoint partners with businesses by providing structure and resources to create meaningful opportunities for eager, young talent that deliver real business value. We create career-building opportunities that offer engaging projects, support, feedback, and an hourly wage.
