Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide easily-accessible resources to the underprivileged and homeless residing in impoverished communities in Parramore and bring hope and happiness to those individuals and families by hosting community events such as job fairs, health screenings, food drives, housing placements, and more. Our goal is to continue to help improve the quality of life and shed light on the needs of those who we serve.
Description
The Desire Foundation Inc. engages in a boots on the ground approach to provide community resources in the community of Parramore, one of Central Florida’s most underserved communities. Understanding that with the proper resources, the trajectory of an individual’s life may be forever positively impacted, The Desire Foundation Inc. hosts major community events on an annual basis to advance its mission.
Our events include: Grocery Drives, Blessing Bags, Thanksgiving with a Friend, Holiday with a Friend: Christmas event, and more! : During the year, The Desire Foundation Inc. provides basic necessities, groceries, hot meals, clothes, gifts, toys, etc. to the underserved population of Parramore.
