Flexible opportunity to volunteer with local seniors at your convenience. Molly's Angels, is a well-known and beloved nonprofit organization since 1999. We are "neighbors helping neighbors." Be a part of a compassionate and kind-hearted group of community members. We have volunteer callers from a variety of backgrounds and industries from retirees, teachers, business owners, moms, and more- if you have time to make a check-in phone call once a week at home, in your free time, on your lunch break, etc. you can make a difference in the life of a senior who may be homebound, isolated, or simply just need someone to check-in and say hello. Our Molly Care Calls program provides weekly wellness check-in calls for seniors in Napa and Solano Counties. For some, you may be the only person to check on them. For many, these become friendships and a weekly conversation that both the volunteer and senior look forward to. It is also an opportunity to address senior needs through resources or referrals to community partners. You are given flexibility. Care Calls are made once a week at your convenience and logged remotely from home. You are helping your senior neighbors in need. A friendly check-in phone call helps seniors maintain their independence, safety, and health. You are truly making a difference in their lives. A simple conversation ogives them a sense of community and reassures them they are not alone. This program has also helped identify seniors in need of certain resources or care we can connect them to.

We are "neighbors helping neighbors." Be a part of a compassionate and kind-hearted group of community members. We have volunteer drivers from a variety of backgrounds and industries from retirees, teachers, business owners, moms, and more- whether you can provide one ride a week or one ride a month, it truly makes a difference! Our transportation program provides free rides for seniors to their medical appointments, allowing them to access care and receive some socialization with a caring volunteer. Gas Card Appreciation is provided to volunteer drivers on a quarterly basis based on tiered ride levels. You are given flexibility. Drivers volunteer as much or as little as you want, choosing from an online list of needed rides convenient for your schedule and driving your own vehicle. You are helping your senior neighbors in need. A ride to an appointment helps seniors maintain their independence, safety, and health. You are truly making a difference in their lives. A simple conversation or ride gives them a sense of community and reassures them they are not alone.
