Dress for Success San Jose offers a four part career service program including our Career Wardrobe Program, Job Search Program, Career Center, and the Professional Women’s Group employment retention program. The women of Dress for Success spend one-on-one time with skilled volunteers who discuss not only professional appearance, but also provide encouragement and information relevant to the interview process. Once a woman comes through our programs, "membership" is lifetime.

Since opening its doors in 2012, Dress for Success San Jose has served over 1,000 women. Over 50 nonprofit and government agencies refer clients for services and programs. The number of referral agencies has grown from the past 5 years from less than 10 to over 50.
