The Contact Lifeline offers confidential, non-judgmental, emotional support to individuals who may be feeling lonely, depressed, or suicidal in the Capital Region.

I have never know that their was a program to help reach out to people with these problems because i have lost people in my life to death by suicide so its great to know there are people who can help try and prevent it
