Description
Welcome to 15th Wolverhampton Scouts! We have been providing young people with exciting adventures and skill-building opportunities for over 90 years. Our Scout Group is made up of three sections: Beaver Scouts (ages 6-8), Cub Scouts (ages 8-10 1/2) and Scouts (ages 10 1/2-14). We are currently exploring the possibility of setting up a Squirrel Scout Drey (ages 4-6) in the future, once we have the necessary volunteer capacity.
Our programmes focus on outdoor activities and adventures, such as camping, hiking, swimming, abseiling, cycling and canoeing. We also offer weekly meetings where our youth members can hang out with their friends, play games, work in a team and take on new challenges. We are an inclusive organization, welcoming all genders, races and backgrounds, and strive to provide opportunities for every child regardless of their physical ability.
As a volunteer with 15th Wolverhampton Scouts, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people and help them discover their passions and interests. You will also have access to training and development opportunities to enhance your own skills and experiences.
We are always looking for dedicated and enthusiastic volunteers to join our team and be a part of something special. If you are interested in making a difference in your community and having fun at the same time, 15th Wolverhampton Scouts is the place for you!
