Mission Statement

Maitri Manthan is a FCRA, 12A, 80G certified Non-Government organization based in Udaipur, Rajasthan which was started in December 2013 with the purpose of raising awareness and helping people who are in need. Maitri means "Good Will" and Manthan means "Reflection Through Study" - it is about the priceless act of churning, which spreads happiness throughout society. This organization was conceived to create a new social order through empowering the most vulnerable and deprived to become Active Citizens and levers of social change. Maitri takes a holistic approach in addressing social issues. It is a decentralized, innovative, process oriented and participatory organization that seeks to provide value based and skills oriented education to harness the leadership potential of youth and women for social transformation.
