Description

Our program offers housing to 6 young women who are otherwise homeless, providing them with weekly life skills classes, access to counseling and equine therapy, providing each young woman two mentors to do life with, along with access to employment and education assistance. Our goal is to be the hands and feet of Jesus meeting these young women's most basic needs and assisting them into adulthood and independence without depending on government support. Many of the young women we serve have dealt with a great deal of trauma and chaos in their lives and this home gives them a safe place to live and learn how to cope with that trauma while beginning this next chapter in their life. This program is a place where these young women will learn to grow and development into young adults while having a place that they can succeed and fail while receiving grace and support.
