Mission Statement

The Schulz Foundation has been serving the Miami community since 2006, working towards the social betterment of immigrants from Haiti. The foundation also provides a platform for the community to meet and foster friendship, goodwill, and understanding among Haitians living in Miami and surrounding areas.

Description

The Haitian Community Thanksgiving Brunch is designed to provide safe, fun, and free food to underprivileged people in Miami and Homestead. The day starts with an orchestra playing spiritual songs, after which a sumptuous buffet is served followed by spiritual exhortation, poetry, liturgical dancers, comedy, or a game of some sort that features this affair.

This affair attracts over four hundred (500) individuals from the Little Haiti, North Miami, North Miami Beach, and Homestead regions. The event is as usual by invitation only.

In addition, we provide food deliveries to home-bound individuals who do not have the opportunity to join us at our venue. The food will be delivered through our volunteers.
