Mission Statement

SLAAR was formed to help abused, neglected and at risk animals. Our primary goal is to rescue animals, provide them with needed care and then find them safe, loving homes. SLAAR mission is to prevent suffering in any and all animals from cats and dogs to horses. We are a small rescue and hope that while small we can make a positive impact on the animals that come under our care.

Description

Stateline is a new animal rescue. While we primarily rescue horses, we wanted to leave the door open to help other animals as well. While the rescue itself is new, the founder, Cindy Smith, has over a decade of experience running a successful rescue. We hope to get the community involved in the rescue and not only help animals but help educate people about them as well.
