Mission Statement

Teens4Hire is on mission to help teens land jobs. We catch young people from all walks of life at the moment "they" feel they are ready to work. It is at this time that young people make critical choices that affect their transition into adulthood and shape their perceptions about work, money, and life. We are committed to provide American companies with a pool of eager "ready to work" candidates. We envision a world where American companies, particularly those facing a skills shortage and/or a growing need for new workers, join with us to influence young people today, knowing they are their future workforce.

Description

Teens4Hire.org provides young adults with critical information about the workforce readiness skills required to secure a job in today's workplace. We teach our job seeker members how to conduct career self-assessments, earn a job (soft skills), write a resume, find suitable openings, apply, interview, and ultimately be outstanding workers once hired!

We maintain a validated nationwide teen membership database with profiles and resumes. We support teens from all walks of life including people of color, low-income households, LGBTQ, those in foster care, and transitional law enforcement programs.

We host Featured Companies and Featured Jobs (with editorial approval) while showcasing suitable openings, educational resources, instruction, job readiness training and strive to instill in our members the importance of a strong work ethic. To that end, we’ve partnered with a renown work readiness content provider, so our members know how to "bring their A game" to work.

In addition, we provide vital information on 12 industries in need of new workers and will add another in 2023 to include philanthropy.
