Mission Statement

To continue the development of our extensive spay/netuer program which provides for low-cost pet sterilization; the provision of humane education for children and adults in the service area; the establishment and maintenance of Homeward Bound Animal Adoption Center, Spay/Neuter Clinic, and Animal Shelter; The provision of volunteer foster care services for unwanted pets in need of immediate shelter; and the raising of funds to achieve these endeavors.
