Mission Statement

RINA -- a charitable project aimed at providing free psychological assistance to those affected by the war in Ukraine. Our project combines the expertise of specialists from around the world in order to facilitate access to emergency support for victims. Our community is a safe place where everyone can feel included. Target audience: Women, men and children of all age groups who suffered from physical/mental trauma due to the war in Ukraine and who require psychological help (short-term or long-term). How does the project help the targeted audience: The project enables specialists to coordinate with clients in need of immediate psychological assistance. Requests count (last updates 01/11): Total requests received: 143 Number of clients attended the first session: 90 Total number of sessions: 167

Our team consists of 12 members, mainly a female community. We all work on a volunteering basis and schedule our working hours accordingly to individual preferences. All work is done online as our team members live in various countries.

We started to develop the RINA project in March 2022 and received our first client request at the beginning of June. Since then, we have provided professional psychological help to 150 clients.

Our main goal is to provide free psychological help to as many Ukrainians as possible. We are gradually and constantly growing in size by finding new psychology specialists, admins, IT professionals and external relations directors. We are now collaborating with other volunteering organisations like Ukrainian Welcome Centre in the UK, UK Ukrainian Community, #hiretheukrainian, Palyanitsa.info, etc.
