Mission Statement
Artable Curiosities’ mission is to inspire artistry, creativity, and innovation by reimagining waste into value. We are building awareness around conscious consumption, and sustainability through art and education.
Description
To meet our goals, we are reselling donated materials from both industry and individuals that can be used for art to the community in the Artable Curiosities 2 nd hand art materials shop. This shop allows us to reduce waste in the community and provide materials to both the public and educators. This also helps families give back to the educators who work so hard to provide quality opportunities to every student.
The Imaginarium Maker Space we offer events and activities that creatively engage the community while building awareness around conscious consumption, sustainability and art. Our objective is to teach people how to create "art with purpose" reusing discarded, unwanted, and excess items; creating generations of artists and crafters who are more environmentally conscious.
Donated educational materials specifically for qualified educators are provided through The Impact Project. Both the AC Store and the materials in the Impact Project are given to certified public school teachers for FREE. Reducing the financial burden of providing quality educations to every student.
