Mission Statement
The Domestic Violence Resource Center (formerly the Committee to Aid Abused Women) provides free services for people experiencing family violence. Our mission is to, "Rebuild safe and hopeful lives for victims of family violence."
Description
With access to our support groups, housing options and legal referrals, those who come to the Domestic Violence Resource Center for help are able to start rebuilding their lives immediately. Whether it’s a phone call to our 24-hour hotline 775.329.4150 for advice or a need for immediate emergency help like housing, the Domestic Violence Resource Center provides support in any and all capacities for families experiencing violence.
Here at the Domestic Violence Resource Center, it is extremely important that those who reach out for help feel safe and comfortable at all times. We offer full anonymity and are always there for victims when needed.
