We are looking to create and implement a 'badging' or recognition program to provide our volunteers with a higher level of recognition and to encourage others to volunteer. 21CD is looking to hire two volunteer coordinators to oversee the Badging & Recognition Program to provide volunteers and supporters with suitable recognition for their valuable contributions to advancing the organization's mission.

21st Century Dads Foundation created the Special Fathers Network, a dad to dad mentoring program for fathers raising children with special needs. To date we have recruited more than 500 SFN Mentor Fathers, who on average have more than 10 years of experience raising a child or children with special needs. The SFN Mentor Fathers are matched with SFN Mentee Fathers, who have a newborn with special needs or a child who has a recent diagnosis. The young fathers, AKA SFN Mentee Fathers, are the primary beneficiaries of the work we do. To develop a better understanding of the issues young families face and to forge relationships with the fathers of more recently diagnosed children, 21CD has created the SFN Early Intervention Parent Survey. As a thank you for completing the survey, 21CD will send a complimentary Great Dad Coin to each survey participant. We are seeking two SFN Early Intervention Survey Managers to lead this program, to collect and process hundreds, and hopefully thousands, of survey responses from both young dads and moms.
