We are an active chamber that started in 2017 to connect, improve and grow all current and potential Madisonville businesses. We work together to promote a healthy, thriving, vital economy for ourselves and the community, while embracing new businesses and new business opportunities We look to advance our members’ growth and prosperity, by providing opportunities and value for our membership. The Chamber advocates for and unites the business community. To carry out this mission, the Chamber serves as the voice of business and involves the public sector in community leadership.
The Madisonville Business Chamber exists as an avenue to advocate and support small businesses. In 2017, several small businesses started meeting to voice concerns for the fate of our family owned businesses and began as The Madisonville Business Alliance aka MBA. MBA meets monthly to discuss new business, advocate for existing businesses and help connect businesses to the proper channels when help is needed. In our fifth year, we are now focusing on our training and mental health programing for 2023.
In March 2022, we held our first big event in conjunction with SCORE Cincinnati and ECDI, Madisonville Small Business Conference, at the beautiful Summit Hotel in Madisonville, OH. Topics included Business Financial Literacy, Understanding Commercial Leasing, Business Plan Creation, and Social Media. As the business landscape changes, we will continue to offer training opportunities and support for the Cincinnati area.
