Our mission is to open new doors in people's lives through creative and responsible design, development, and operation of service-enhanced affordable housing.

Description

The Los Angeles Community Design Center is committed to providing communities with affordable housing. It has ownership in 20 properties totaling over 1,000 units that provide affordable housing to more than 3,000 families, individuals, and seniors. The Resident Services Department provides community services for residents of these properties, including ESL classes, after school programs, and financial and health literacy seminars.
