TO PRESERVE & ENHANCE AGRICULTURE, FARMING, AND RELATED ACTIVITIES AND BUSINESSES IN NEW JERSEY THROUGH EDUCATIONAL , INFORMATIONAL, AND PROMOTIONAL PROGRAMS.

Description

Our Objectives through our 3 programs (Learning Through Gardening, Farmers Against Hunger and NJ Agricultural Leadership Program):
- Work cooperatively with other individuals, organizations and institutions to address issues and implement appropriate actions which benefit the entire agricultural community. ​
-Create understanding of the contributions of agriculture, farming and related activities and businesses to the quality of life and economic vitality of New Jersey.
-​Identify issues impacting the agriculture industry and articulate those issues to various audiences.
-Educate and inform the public about the role and contributions of agriculture, farming, and related activities and businesses.
-Build coalitions to preserve, enhance, and promote economically viable agriculture.
​-Recognize individuals and organizations who contribute to the mission of the NJ Agricultural Society.
